About these terms

These terms apply to your use of The Network with Coffee (the "service"), operated by Roseapp Enterprises Pvt Ltd, Kozhikode, Kerala, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. You agree to give accurate information about yourself, keep your login details private, and use only one personal account.

How meetings work

Members can discover each other, send meeting requests and accept or decline them. A meeting is confirmed when the other person accepts. Contact details are shared only as described in our Privacy Policy and after the unlock fee has been paid.

Fees

Creating an account, discovering people and sending or accepting requests is free. After a meeting is accepted, each person pays ₹299 (including GST) to unlock the other person's phone number and email for that meeting. For team meetings, each team pays ₹299 once. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Fees are non-refundable, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your conduct

Be respectful and honest. Do not harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone; do not send spam, sell products in meeting requests, or collect or share other members' contact details for any other purpose; do not impersonate anyone or create fake profiles; and do not use the service for anything unlawful.

Meeting in person

Meetings take place in public places chosen by the members. You are responsible for your own safety and conduct at meetings. We do not run background checks on members and are not a party to any agreement, job offer, investment or deal that comes out of a meeting.

No guarantees

We help you start conversations. We do not guarantee that any request will be accepted, or that a meeting will lead to a job, client, partner, investment or any other outcome.

Your content

You own the profile information and messages you add. You allow us to display and process them to run the service. You are responsible for making sure they are accurate and lawful.

Suspension and closing accounts

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other members at risk. You can close your account at any time by emailing us.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the actions of other members. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kozhikode, Kerala have jurisdiction over any dispute.
