Refund & Cancellation Policy

What you pay for
Joining, discovering people and sending or accepting meeting requests is free. After a meeting is accepted, each person pays ₹299 (including GST) to unlock the other person's phone number and email for that meeting. For team meetings, each team pays ₹299 once.
Unlock fees are non-refundable
Once paid, the unlock fee is not refunded. This includes when either person cancels or reschedules the meeting, or the meeting does not take place.
Cancelling a meeting
You can cancel a pending request or an accepted meeting from My Meetings at any time. The other person is notified straight away. Cancelling does not refund an unlock fee that has already been paid.
Payment errors
If you were charged twice for the same meeting, or charged but the contact details were not unlocked because of a technical error, email smjashanu4@gmail.com within 7 days with your Razorpay payment ID. We will unlock the details or refund the duplicate or failed charge. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.
