Who we are
The Network with Coffee is operated by Roseapp Enterprises Pvt Ltd, Kozhikode, Kerala, India. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: smjashanu4@gmail.com.
What we collect
Account details: name, email address, phone number and password. Profile details: professional category, job title, company, city or area, photo, skills, interests, availability and what you are looking for. Activity: meeting requests, meetings, places chosen and messages you send with requests. Payments: the amount, date, status and Razorpay payment ID. Card, UPI and bank details are entered with Razorpay and are not stored by us.
How we use it
To run your account, show your profile to other members, match you with people nearby, deliver meeting requests and notifications, process unlock payments, prevent fraud and misuse, provide support, and improve the service.
Who can see what
Other members can see your profile details, but never your phone number or email on your profile. Your phone number and email are shown to another member only after a meeting between you is accepted and that member has paid the unlock fee, and only for that meeting.
Who we share data with
Razorpay, to process payments; hosting, email and SMS providers that help us run the service; and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. When you close your account we delete or anonymise your profile, except records we must keep by law, such as payment records for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent, by emailing smjashanu4@gmail.com. You can also raise a complaint with us at the same address, and with the Data Protection Board of India.
Cookies and storage
We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you logged in and remember your choices. We do not use advertising cookies.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No online service can be completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Children
The service is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell members by email.
